Placing an order through the site could not be simpler, choose your corals from the extensive selection on the site and them to your cart, once you have completed your selection simply checkout and you will be guided through the order process. there is no need to register on the site prior to ordering as this is done for you. On completion of the process you will be transferred to Paypal if this is your chosen payment option who will securely take the payment on our behalf.

When you place an order with us we will contact you very quickly, usually within a few hours to organise a convenient delivery date. Delivery dates are Tuesday to Saturday and all corals will be sent out via royal mail special delivery to arrive next day before 1pm, please note we will not send out  corals until a suitable date has been arranged.

Once a delivery date has been arranged and the corals sent out we will send out a confirmation email to let you know they are on their way.
Please note that someone must be in to accept delivery, corals need to be signed for and wont be left outside the door/house or with a neighbour.

Delivery costs are £7.50 any number of ricordeas thats a next day before 1pm service to anywhere in the UK
If you would like Saturday delivery this is additional £2.50 We take great pride in our shipping methods, we are proud to say that we have never lost a ricordea in transit.

Saturday am delivery is available at an additional cost of £2.50

Free postage for orders over £75, to any address in the UK, dont spend a fortune on postage, spend over £75 with us at any one time and your corals will be shipped to you free of charge, the postage will automatically be decucted at the checkout
